How HP Creates & Shares Customer Proof Points with Sales Quickly and Easily

Cynthia Hester, Worldwide Customer Reference Lead for HP Software, took a couple minutes to talk about how she has integrated TechValidate into HP’s customer referencing program.  She talks specifically on HP’s rationale for using TechValidate, their results to date, and how they plan to use TechValidate going forward.  Take a look at the video.

Cynthia also gave a great talk at CRF entitled “Transforming the Customer Reference Experience: Customer Reference Online Community.” It was quite enlightening.  HP is at the forefront of building online, social communities for their customers.  I’ll post the presentation when I get it.
