New Content Type: Customer Reviews

We’re excited to introduce a brand new type of content: TechValidate Customer Reviews!

Social proof has been a critical component in the B2C purchasing process for years. Vast numbers of consumers rely on Yelp, Amazon reviews and other sites before they ever even consider making a buying decision. While B2B buyers have always relied on customer references and case studies, it’s very difficult to source credible, verified reviews in the B2B space.

Sourcing these reviews in a scalable way that could be easily presented and used digitally was also a challenge for many customers we talked to. Compounding the issue, there are no analogous B2B customer reviews sites or forums like there are in the consumer world. The net result: B2B social proof is usually not as widely disseminated or easily accessible as in the consumer world.

To help address this issue, we developed TechValidate Customer Reviews. With a few clicks, a customer review question type can be added to new customer outreach projects and the results published to harness the power of social proof. These are real customer reviews verified by a trusted 3rd-party and instantly embeddable into your marketing communications.

Each review includes a star rating and customer quotes about how your customers use your product/service, and whether they would recommend it to others. Charts and statistics of customer reviews can also be easily published.
