One of our key goals for our recent State of B2B Content Marketing Survey was to discover the top challenges for B2B content marketers. We asked 126 B2B marketers to choose their top obstacles to creating effective content. The top 3 reported issues were:
- It takes too much time
- It’s too labor intensive
- Can’t get customers to talk/go on the record
Other notable findings from the survey:
- The median time to produce a finished content asset was 5 weeks.
- 94% of respondents felt the voice of their customers was most effective in convincing prospects to buy.
